You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and authorize us to make inquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity and eligibility.

Supported assets, networks, deposit addresses, and minimums/maximums may change without notice. Deposits are credited after required network confirmations. Withdrawals may be subject to risk checks, compliance reviews, limits, and fees. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect or incompatible addresses or networks provided by you.
Order types, tick sizes, and execution venues are described in our platform interface. Orders may fail, be delayed, partially filled, rejected, or canceled due to market conditions, risk controls, or system constraints. You are responsible for monitoring your orders and positions.
Fees, including but not limited to trading fees, spreads, overnight financing (FX), network fees, and withdrawal fees, are disclosed in the platform or a separate fee schedule. By using the Services, you agree to the fees as updated from time to time.
Opening leveraged positions increases both potential gains and losses. You must maintain required margin at all times. We may, without prior notice, close positions, liquidate collateral, or restrict trading to manage risk and maintain margin requirements.
Quotes, charts, news, and analytics may be provided by third parties and are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and we are not responsible for errors, delays, or actions taken based on such data.
We may perform maintenance or upgrades that temporarily affect availability. In the event of blockchain forks, airdrops, or protocol changes, we may determine, in our sole discretion, whether and how to support affected assets.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krakeen and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenues, data, or use; or damages arising from trading losses, market events, or service interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krakeen, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
All content and technology within the Services are owned by or licensed to Krakeen and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your trading activities. We may provide you with account statements and history, but we do not provide tax advice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms, compliance obligations, or risk management. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all obligations incurred prior to termination.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Venue. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located where will eventually be communicated.
Arbitration (Optional). At our election, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of a recognized arbitration body. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU MAY BE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
